TalkoLive has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) material and behaviour of any kind on our platform.

Our Commitment

TalkoLive is intended for users aged 18 and above only.
We do not permit any content, communication, or behaviour that sexualises, exploits, or endangers minors.
Any account found to be engaging in such behaviour is immediately banned and reported to the relevant authorities and organisations, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) where applicable.

Prevention & Moderation

Room owners and admins have tools to block, kick, and report users and content in real time.
Users can report any user or content directly within the app.
Our team reviews reports and takes action, including permanent account bans, for any violation of this policy.

Reporting

If you encounter content or behaviour that concerns you regarding child safety, please report it immediately using the in-app "Report" feature, or email us directly at support@talkolive.com with the subject line "Child Safety Concern".

We investigate and act on all reports promptly and cooperate fully with law enforcement and child protection agencies.
